Introduction
In the beginning our company had dealt with peat extraction, distribution and earthwork operations with heavy equipment. Our customers had received the ordered peat in bulks during the service. In 2001 we improved our company with packaging lines, where we started to produce covering soil for mushrooms. With the start of packaging we were not only able to supply the hungarian market but also the foreign mushroom growers (Romania, Serbia, Croatia, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina). Our first packaging line filled the covering soil for mushrooms into 50 and 80 litre so called riptape-bags. These bags have the advantage of being skidproof without foil packets. We put these bags onto pallets, or packed it without the pallets (we then put it directly into the load area of the transport vehicle).
In 2018 we reached a new milestone. We got the opportunity to purchase a new and automatic packaging line. With the start up process of our new packaging line we pursued to meet the requirements of our customers on the highest standard. Our line now only uses 50 litre bags which are produced directly before the filling. We fill our bags with a filling machine which is equipped with a scale to ensure the equal amount of material in each sack for our customers.
In 2021 we improved our company with two machines, with a forklift and a tractor. With the purchase of our machines we put great emphasis on the needs and expectations of our clients and to fulfill them to the best of our knowledge.
